Ford service called and asked if they could come earlier which was fine. About a half hour or less in my garage. I heard the horn beep a few times and thought the rep was calling me but he was just setting the TPMS. Very convenient coming to the home.

It’s does take anywhere from a couple days to a week

Initially for a few days after my 24S24 was done, the app showed one recall, and when clicked, it showed no outstanding recalls.
And as for service, regardless of what I had done, the app shows maintenance, oil change, and tire rotation. That's what it shows when I had the dealer install mud flaps. That's what it shows when I returned for them to repair the damage they caused on installing the mud flaps.
The Ford app does not keep good nor accurate records, at this point in development.

Also, my FordPass App Service History does not show this warranty item: Fuse panel cover, Passenger Side M1PZ-78046A25-AA installed by the dealership. This record was not on the old App either. It was installed July 2022 when Ford allowed the item to be added under warranty.

I think the App shows the records entered into a Ford database by the dealership but I do not know why the dealership Service History records shown in the App are incomplete.

Woody Ford's mobil tech came by our house yesterday and did the update on my 23 BL. Haven't driven much since then, but appears fine. He checked my battery voltage before beginning and said it was a bit low. Put a charger on it while he did the update. My BL is driven daily, shouldn't have been low. Maybe evidence of the problem.

Had my 24s24 recall done on may 23 2024 ? Does anyone know if it would have anything to do with the shifting point of the transmission. ?

I forgot who said here the shifts were rougher after the recall. The rep who did my recall said the same. The computer has to get your driving style again. I had the recall done in my garage, I haven't driven my BS since the recall was performed.

Ford mobile service performed Recall 24S24 today, quick and professional service. Tested the battery too, was good. Shifts were smooth afterwards although the transmission controller was reset.

Interesting how tire pressure was initially displayed differently on the instrument cluster (only LR psi displayed) vs FordPass App (everything but LR psi displayed). They sync’d after 20 minutes. Ignore the high pressures, was very hot out.

My 2021 Outer Banks Bronco Sport was originally scheduled for the 24S24 Safety Recall mid-May. Local dealer called me the day of the scheduled mobile service & cancelled until they heard from Ford that the issue with the BCM & PCM calibration upgrades were fixed. Dealer called me back right after Memorial Day weekend & re-scheduled mobile service on MAY 30th at my home. Took the Service Tech only about 30-40 minutes to perform the upload for BCM & PCM calibration changes. It was nice not having to take the Bronco Sport to the dealer for this safety recall service.

Had my recall update today at the house. Took the gent about 15-20 minutes. I like the home visit thing
