I can't stand this gloss black extra soft plastic trim along the sides of all the glass on these - it's so easy to scratch...mine was getting pretty bad, and think I made it worse - I used Plastx on it, and it's WAY worse looking now...still scratched, but now looks like it has waxy residue on...

I work in Ford parts at a dealership….a large one at that….ford accessories orders are a pain in the ass….my opinion? Don’t buy it online. Buy it in person, from an actual salesperson. That way, if there IS an issue, you have an actual human you can deal with. It should be better and easier...

The USB port as well as the harness with the connector is THE SAME part number - both the harness AND the port show the same P/N as the illuminated version….I need to see if there is a missing wire or pin on the connector

On my 2023 Badlands, the USB ports DO NOT illuminate - as I understand it, this feature went away for either the 2022 or 2023 model year. I have looked up the VIN for 2021 models with what looks like the same USB port in the dashboard under the radio, and also my VIN, and both call for the same...
