I found that the outer flat sections still picked up a ton of glare - I had a couple more pieces made to address that. This eliminates most of the glare. The raised areas between the three original pieces, and the slight raised area on the LH/RH outer edges of the hood - all of that is still...
I installed mine in a parking lot - installation was more difficult than I anticipated. Unplugging the connector wasn't bad, but lining up the new connector to plug into the back of the datalink connector took some trying to get it all lined up.
I want a Cadillac four note A, C, D, F horn - they were available 70s, 80s, 90s...maybe a bit in the 2000s - I have yet to find any sort of aftermarket option to accomplish this....they sound great, aren't obnoxious, but definitely say "I have arrived"
I have it on mine as well, it's great, it remembers whatever your last setting was, it will either keep it on, or keep it off, unplug the OBDII port, and plug it in to the OBDII, plug the OBDII harness back into the start/stop eliminator.
I had a new windshield installed in my 2023 Badlands yesterday. $989.62 out the door - OEM Soundscreen glass, with the module programming as well. My deductible was 1,000 so I just paid for it - and lowered my deductible to 200 dollars so the next one isn’t so expensive.
Nope, I frequently litter in my own driveway...myself AND my wife, as a matter of fact, we frequently squat in the cat box. It's a good time, you should come over.
Oh, come on now, it’s not too bad….i agree now that I have read all this, but never really thought about it….
think of it this way, ford designed a built-in “pour some out for your dead homies” feature.
I added one to mine, just because it didn't have it.... currently nothing in it, because the ballpoint pens, I like aren't wide enough to fit in the holder.
Yes, I installed, and yes, it lights up just fine, and it works just like it should - just like the other non-illuminated USB worked. You have to disassemble the console to properly remove the old one - tolerances are just too tight to get the old USB hub out without damaging the plastic around...
I saw that too - I think that shifter could work on our bronco with a reworked console top ….maybe plexiglass console top piece with custom cutouts for the f150 shifter, buttons, cup holder…..I think there’s enough room. Especially using a cup holder without that weird small round opening...
A couple months ago, I bought an illuminated cup holder for an Escape, along with the pigtail. I wasn’t sure which wires to tap for power, and ultimately decided to go another direction, awapping a console harness from an Outer Banks.
at first, I thought all was good - it seemed to have every...
IT WORKS GREAT - I use that carwash frequently, mainly because it's five minutes from my house - it ABSOLUTELY will leave swirl marks in the glossy black plastic next to the glass, so you'll have to polish those every now & again....I think they will get scratched regardless of what you do...
I could see them doing it - the illuminated USB I found was one of two left in the entire nation - if those are gone, they're just gone, and ports that no longer light up is just what you get. Sucks, but that's what happens sometimes.
