Dealer: "We just sold that one, but we have plenty of others available".
Cheers!

Possible loaner but only 900 miles.

Most dealers keep their loaners for a lot longer.

It was built in October 2025.

You know the saying, if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

2025 Sasquatch used, 1K miles and a CPO. Carfax shows no issues. From $47K to $34K. I feel like I'm missing something here. Hard to figure out.

I've seen some crazy prices on used 2025's lately. Makes me wish we would have waited a bit before buying our 2023. Seems like for a few thousand more than what we paid for ours in August, we could have gotten a 2025 instead now.

I considered that in advance, too, but came to the conclusion that I could (a) get what I actually wanted, or (b), take whatever was on the lot to maybe save a few bucks. I decided that I wasn't going to compromise on this one.

It could absolutely be too good to be true

However, I'd suggest going to test drive it and see

I was able to score mine in a similar situation (2025, 1 year previous owner leased, 8k miles on it - coincidently a Badlands same color as this one but not the sasquatch package but tech package and leather seats). I got it at a similar price point and did my research to make sure I was confident with the purchase (like.. a lot a research lol). Mine also came gold certified which helped with the "what am I missing" with the price point... I'll get to this point later. I'll save the details but I think there were some internal dealership movements with cars and timing and all of that which lead me to being able to 'score' (even though I'm not going to pretend I swindled anyone buying a year old car... but I do think I did pretty well for the market)

You never know what's going on behind the scenes with that vehicle with the dealer unless you ask, but even then you don't know if that's the truth haha. The Carfax shows it's been on the lot since the 13th, for what that's worth.

If I were you and I was seriously interested, I'd go and feel it out. It might be too good to be true, and the engine might make weird noises or what have you. Just be prepared to walk away and if they bring sales terms to you to make it sound not so bad don't be afraid step away and look up what they mean and how you can counter in the discussion to get to the truth of it.

Long post longer - One alarming thing is that it is a CPO but it's Blue certified, not Gold certified.

I would for sure ask about that and why it's not Gold certified. From my understanding, if they are a dealer, they should be able to gold certify it on the CPO. The pre-owned inspection is more detailed for the Gold certification. This vehicle should absolutely be able to qualify for the Gold certification.... unless for some reason it can't. The benefits of the Gold vs the Blue are pretty decent IMO, and if the vehicle passes for the gold cert chances are it's solid from the get go

Just my two cents.. sorry for the long post!

It’s not actually that far below Blue Book which makes me a little sick. These things depreciate quick 😢

I just browse the car ads for S&G.

I bought a 2025 Badlands Gold CPO, 5800 miles last October. In service date was 5-9-2025. Only 5 months old.

Thought I got a pretty good deal at the time. $36,800. Window sticker is $43,895.

They gave me $24K on my 2021 Badlands in trade, matched my Carmax offer. I had 25K miles on it. They sold it in 2 weeks.

6 months later the car market is changed but I have no regrets buying then. Happy to get the Gold CPO warranty also.

You can always look back and second guess yourself, but you don't buy vehicles to make money.

Enjoy it and at some point, move on to the next one.

Oh absolutely, I second that. I came from a 2015 Jeep Patriot that I had for over 7 years, first time buying a car in a while haha. I loved that vehicle and I loved how it handled in any weather and how much it could hold, all of it. I couldn't describe it to anyone really lol.

After researching why it handled the way it did (wheelbase size, turning radius, vehicle overhang, wheel positioning...) I was pointed to the BS and it only took one test drive and I knew. Then the BL trim having the engine it does is fun. And it makes sense too - if the Bronco is going after the wrangler market, the compact bronco is a good pipeline for the compact jeep market...

My philosophy is to invest in my own life for things like this. If I was concerned about making money I should make it a job. Hopefully I can squeeze every last drop from this thing, but however it works out it works out.!

That being said, budget still played a factor lol. I only said what I said incase you found some insight in it!

edit: spelling

I'm in my upper 70's and have been into car's since I was 13. My 1st car was a 1950 Ford with a 239 flathead V8. 3 speed on the tree.

A pretty accurate count has me owning 41 cars, 8 RV's, and about 7 off road toys. Quite a few even at my age.

I've never been brand loyal and bought what I wanted at that certain point in my live.

The wife has stayed committed to me for 55 years while I've wandered in the automotive forest.

She say's I probably should have been committed.

Can't ask for much more than that.

No regrets on any of my purchases.

I could have had a lot more money in the bank and a lot less fun during my lifetime keeping my ownership in check, but what the hell, I have a lot of fond memories to look back on, providing my mind stays intact for a while.

Have fun while you can.
