In addition to the Badlands OEM 235/65-R17 sizing, they also come in:It seems the tire is also available at Discount Tire (who recently bought Tire Rack). It's the same part number from Walmart that is provided in Dude's post above. The link to Discount Tire is below. That site claims the height is 29.06". Full specs are there.

Last time I looked all 3 of those are light truck tires (LT) whereas the 235 65R17 used on some 2025 Bronco Sport models is a Standard Load (SL) tire.In addition to the Badlands OEM 235/65-R17 sizing, they also come in:
Anyone else find those to be oddly specific sizes? Or are these also OEM for some other makes/models?

Bluebaru - hope this helps:As Melissa Clark says this tire does not fit in the spare tire well, will someone take an actual tire circumference measurement, with a cloth tape measure and the tire off the ground, so we can get an actual diameter and not a theoretical diameter. She also has a pic of it being 29" in diameter, on the car, ie with the weight of her, otherwise unloaded, vehicle on it? Optionally, Tire off the car, with a level on top, measured to the ground. Eye-balling not good enough as I find it could easily be off by +/- 1/4".
As many of you know, many 245/65/17's, a 29.5" tire, fits in the well, of 21's-24's, though some require removing the sound deadening carpet, around the spare. I know my 245/65/17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss's do, though my 245/70/16 Nokian Outpost NAT's, theoretically a 29.5" tire, literally have to be pushed down into the well, even with just 10psi in them and on the car, like Melissa's, measure 29", in diameter. All this tells me something is up, the question is what.
1. Is the spare tire well narrower in diameter? Seems unlikely, to me.
2, Is the well much shallower?
3. Is the tire, itself, out of theoretical spec? Made special for Ford to be all that would fit in an unmodified BS. So instead of being more like a 235/65/17, it's more like a 235/68/17 or a 235/70/17? Diameter's for those would be, 29.58" and 29.95", inflated to normal psi and unloaded.
Has anyone yet tried it in their well, with or without the carpet removed? Maybe it was (4) something to do with Mellissa's Pre Production Car or Tire???
Good to know and I hadn’t seen a review stating that for the OE Goodyear tires (which Goodyear has been producing for awhile in the 235/65R size but with “Wrangler” on the sidewall - the only change for Ford was to remove the Wrangler logo)Hate to bump old threads but didn't want to create a new one. Can anyone with this tire speak about how it handles in wet conditions? All of the reviews I've read say the tire is basically unusable on wet roads with hydroplaning and spinning tires.
Formal reviews | Emphasize good wet performance and hydroplaning resistance for RT/AT |
Reddit feedback | Reports of spinning or poor wet traction with other Goodyear ATs (TrailRunner, etc.) |
Add in if the GYs are made with Ford Specs like the Falken AT3Ws, the GYs may be a better on road tire for braking, wet roads etc..Good to know and I hadn’t seen a review stating that for the OE Goodyear tires (which Goodyear has been producing for awhile in the 235/65R size but with “Wrangler” on the sidewall - the only change for Ford was to remove the Wrangler logo)
Can you please post a link discussing the hydroplaning and spinning?
this is a summary of what I found and the Reddit feedback was for other Goodyear tires not the 2025 OE Goodyear Territory RT All Terrain 235 65 R17 tires

Which tire are you specifically talking about? The 225/60R-18 or 235/65R-17? The former is an all-season and standard on the OBX, the latter is all-terrain and is only included with the Sasquatch Package.Hate to bump old threads but didn't want to create a new one. Just user reviews for the tire on Tire Rack. Seems to be a common theme but different vehicles using the tires.
