Today was day one on the Big Bend Bronco drive! I was the only Sport . It was a long 10 hour day. We did Glen Springs Road, Black Gap Road (hardest trail in the park) and West River Road. I did every obstacles the big boys did ,just a bit slower. Another shorter drive tomorrow.

Great pic's, looks like a lot of fun. You rarely see Sports doing those type of trails.

hey, new to this forum and planning a week in Big Bend NP this summer. was curious if your Badlands is leveled or otherwise modded? my '23 is still stock and I had great results in on some low-level roads in Utah last year but some of the BB roads look a little more serious so i'm looking for advice. thanks in advance!

I did install a 3/4" leveling kit on the front along with replacing the original 225 65 17 Pirelli's with 235 65 17 BF Goodrich Trail Terrain tires. The only other mod I did was replace the felt pad covering the EVAP lines with a self made skid plate. The hardest trail in the park is Black Gap ,rated a level 3. You will scrape in a few spots, that's what skid plates are for, just pick a good line and go really really slow. Watch out for lots of small washes on all roads and you guessed it, go slow to avoid planting your front bumper.

thanks for your reply, i really appreciate it! my 23 Badlands came with 235 65 17 Falken Wildpeak all terrains, so i haven't felt like i needed to upgrade the tires but maybe some beefier tread is a good investment.
