Mine has to be the console insert. I liked mine so much I got one for my GF’s Escape.
Yes and No. IMO, these console trays from Amazon and elsewhere have 2 design limitations : 1) Using the USB cable pass through hole (visible by the coin area on the left image) prevents one from removing the console tray when the USBs below are use, 2) the tray is difficult to remove when full of shi... I mean essential items.
My first mod was adding some nice braided string...that didn't work out so well, as the "essential items" frequently covered over the braided strings.
After seeing someone here or perhaps on FB showing some BRONCO drawer pulls/knobs available from Hobby Lobby, I added these to my tray. If I need to use the additional USB ports, I'll cut through the coin area at the top left so the tray can be removed without having to unplug the USB cables.

My tray's a bit different than yours with the coin tray top left. I did have to buy longer screws for the drawer pulls, 8-32 x 1-1/2.
One feature that my '17 Escape was that the console tray was attached and hinged to the console lid.
There were two releases on the front of the console. One released only the tray, allowing access to the bottom area and the other allowed access to the tray.

My HRG lift and my JCR skid plates make my Badlands into a very capable offroad vehicle. At the Bronco Off Rodeo, I noticed the bottom was scraping on the center between the ruts. After the lift and skids, that is no longer an issue on the typical Forest Service two track road. Now, if I do scrape, I know it isn't hurting anything.

I added the side marker lights from Tectico and the struts from Red Line Tuning. I also added the console organizer, the dash one and brake/gas pedal covers in blue.

Has to be the RTR lift. The sport is just too low from the factory.

What wheel size & tire sizes are you running?
Any suspension upgrades besides the RTR lift?
And, any problems with the RTR lift?

These are the factory heritage wheels (17 x7 with 37.5mm offset). The tires are 245 65 r17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

The lift is my only suspension upgrade and has performed perfectly for 30k miles. No problems at all. Highly recommend.

It does have 20mm front and 25 mm rear wheel spacers.
