Removing sticker from side, the triangular one

Has anyone removed the 'factory' sticker from the side, the triangular one such as: BIG BENDS, OUTER BANKS...

Is it just a 'sticker' that could be heated with a hot air gun and peeled off?

Just would prefer a clean look to the side.

Just go easy with the heat gun. A hair dryer will works as well as does fish line. Then just clean up with goo gone or WD-40.

It took very little to remove, only had the vehicle for less than a month, sits inside so wasn't 'baked' on. Came off really easily and clean! I think it looks so much better w/o the 'stickers' and the dealer 'advertising' on the tailgate !

Like you ,I did not want any dealer advertising. Told them I would invoice them monthly for add space, if it was on the car at delivery. It was not!

I've got a huge collection of dealer license plate frames from my past new vehicles.

I just removed mine. Used a piece of dental floss and a hair dryer. Then a little Goofoff to remove the glue residue. I like it so much better!!! This picture is from yesterday camping in Nevada.

I'm not usually big on aestetics, but I thought the orange really clashed with the Velocity Blue. I peeled mine off with a heat gun and put them on either side of the license plate.

I'm actually way west as in Lake Havasu.

I used the good old az sun on a 120 degree day, came right off along with the sport on the back.

I particularly dislike the OBX decal that they come with. So I replaced mine with this. However I also do like the no-badge look too
