I will only warn that a spacer will reduce the width of tire that can be used without rubbing. A lift does not change whether or not a particular tire size will rub on the BS. A 265/65/17 tire is wider but also bigger in diameter. I have a smaller diameter and narrower tire than what you plan to put on and I have rubbing with a spacer.
