I hate the tiny gas tank, and the cardboard/carpet "skid Plate" on the driver's side of my Badlands. I finally got a chance to take my Badlands out on a rough road. I dropped the left wheel down into a large rut and heard something scrape. It was the weird cardboard carpet (like the wheel wells) thing on the drivers side that should be a skidplate but isn't. The front of it ripped over the bolts holding it, and was hanging down to the ground. There is wiring, and what I believe is the gas line up under that carpet.

I could do without the carpet underneath as well. The inside has a rubber floor and the outside has carpeting? ?

Hope you enjoyed having eyesight until now. I've been looking and looking for decals that would stop that nonsense and haven't been able to find any that just cover the hood humps. The glare is downright dangerous when the sun hits at just the right angle.
I’ve been to So CA and back without this issue. Maybe you need to adjust your seat height. I’m 5’8”, have plenty of head room and sit almost all the way back. It’s all in the angles.

Those are supposed to be basic options? I've never heard of an 'Overhead 360 degree camera' on a vehicle. I'm not aware of many vehicles with a front camera either.
Max you have a Badlands, right? I don’t know about Outer Banks, but my Badlands has a forward parking/offroad camera. All you have to do is push the button.

It's only at a certain time of day facing a certain cardinal direction. Always a surprise when it happens, but when it does, oh man. I've played with angles a lot. I'm only 5'5" though, so I don't have much wiggle room to adjust my seat in different ways and still be able to see my surroundings. It happens rarely enough that I'm not super concerned with looking for a fix.

I'm well aware of the front camera on the BL. I think you might've misunderstood my post.
