Cell towers were down from Wednesday midday on and are only just starting to come back today as power begins to get restored. I hope your friends are ok!
Iām in Naples just barely south of the brutal beating Florida just took. Fam and house are fine, lots of yard cleanup to do, but mostly this beauty needs a wash š
Weāre grateful for how well we came out when we see what our community is going through. It will be months for some of the area to...
Like @Escape2Bronco i see a little wobbling between the hood hinges in the middle when I get to the end of the car wash. Itās not terrible or troubling in any way to me. I do have the liner and the redline struts went on the day after I brought mine home.
Iām too old to be millennial but Iām their conquest target. I traded in a Jeep for the BSBL. I was looking at other jeeps first but Iām dissatisfied with how far behind the times cabin amenities are and the price of Jeeps for what you get.
Six weeks from production to delivery sounds about right. It could be faster depending on how far it needs to go or longer if thereās a sudden commodity constraint.
Correct, Iāve been digging into my menus and you can turn it on/off as well as set the strength of the alert (3levels). I turned mine to the lowest. I donāt do a ton of interstate driving but adaptive cruise will make any longer trip easier. I left on evasive because it might save my life, who...
Oh thatās brutal. I was only one week ahead of the main crew in this particular thread and once it actually went into production was on a train in under a week (though I certainly waited over six months to get produced and another two for shipping).
Regarding visibility, Iāve only had mine for a few days but itās definitely less than what I am used to. It definitely feels like I have less window real estate to look through than my old Liberty. Nothing that would have changed my mind about the purchase, though.
As of yesterday I have officially joined the CO fam!
That last pic was me trying to actually capture how good that paint job looks in the sun. Itās gorgeous!
Now I need to get some black overlays for the letters. Not a massive fan of the white. Rear bumper scuff guard, maybe some door sill...
I ended up kickstarting a new one that was tested for high heat scenarios since I live in SWFL. It should arrive late this month or early next and Iāll report once Iāve had a chance to test it out.
I was driving a 2005 Jeep Liberty Sahara (3.7L v6). That thing got me into and (thankfully) out of many cool spots while camping. It really was a very good vehicle to me and for my needs.
From a size perspective, the BS BL is pretty close in terms of length and height. Interior room is actually...
Other than just putting in the tray behind the screen and a center console organizerā¦
I put a Hi-Viz vest, jumpers, and a tiny multi tool in the rear seat storage.
And then I installed the redline hood struts.
Those were exceptionally easy, maybe 15 minutes of work which is all I can stand...
That will depend on several factors, just fyi. Mine was 19 days from getting off the train to reaching the dealer and had 170 miles from one to the other. The stated reason for the delay was truck carriers were waiting on a full trailer and gas prices.
I donāt find that itās ever different but anecdotally, I do find that when the US tracker isnāt working, the Canadian one does and vice versa. Good way to keep up each day.
