I have a '23 OBX with 25k miles. Mixed driving I average 24-25 mpg overall. Long trips I get 28-30mpg and driving back and forth to work (about 8 miles) I get 23-24mpg. For context, I use mid-grade octane (89-91) fuel.

My Wife's 24 BL just had it's 5K mile oil change. Stock vehicle, Tier 1, 87 octane, normal mode, mixed city, hwy but typical round trip is just 16 miles. I wouldn't say she drives it hard but not exactly gentle either. Lifetime on the dash says, 23.9 mpg.

We bought our 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands on 11/1/2024. It had just under 9,000 miles. In the past year we have put another 12,000 miles on it. The driving is a combination of city and highway. I typically switch to the ECO driving mode.

Lifetime average gas mileage shows 26.8 MPG.

We just returned from a 3,480 mile Thanksgiving visit round trip marathon drive. The Bronco Sport Badlands was awesome we were driving 80-85 mph when traffic would allow and net mpg for this trip was 26.9.

2025 1.5L 2400 miles and I've never gotten more than 26.1 mpg
It seems to vary more with the 1.5. I suppose it greatly depends on your driving conditions and styles. People have reported milage in the mid 20’s to the mid 30’s. The 2.0 seems to run low 20’s to high 20’s.

I have both engines. I average 27-29 with the 1.5 and the best I've recorded with it on a longer road trip was 31. As for the 2.0, it's lower in mpgs but higher in ground clearance and tire size so that makes a difference. Anyway, with the 2.0, I average 24-26 and the best I have gotten with it on a long road trip was 29. This past week over Thanksgiving, we drove both nearly 1500 miles across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas with highway speeds varying from 65-85 (some stretches of those highways in TX we were pushing 90 just keeping up with traffic) and the 2.0 averaged 23.7 while the 1.5 averaged 26.4.
