I don't bother using mine. It's very slow, especially with a case on. It has to be in the exact right spot. And like every wireless charger I've used, it makes the phone hot. Especially if you're using the phone, like using the GPS and playing music. Even more than using a fast charger. And it doesn't put in enough power to even match the use, it just slows the battery drain.

I was initially happy about having it, however its performance was disappointing and I seldom use it.

Does the 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend have a pad for cell phone charging that is wireless?? The research I have done says it does?? If so does the charging dock wireless do what it is supposed to do or not??
Sometimes works fine. Other times it does not connect.

Does the heat build up have anything to do with the case the phone is in?

Wireless charging is garbage on both my F150 and BS.

I work for a dealer that sells/services 11 diffrent brands. Wireless charging is hot garbage on all of them. I just plug it in and also turn off wireless app projection while I am at it. I don't like how anything wireless works on these vehicles.

The wireless charger on my '25 Big Bend works fine. It's not fast by any means, but is enough to keep the phone's charge from dropping too quickly compared to no charging at all. If there is ever a situation where a faster method is needed, I will just plug it in directly.

This is where I am, as well... the wireless charging works great to keep my charge from falling behind while using wireless CarPlay. For longer trips, I will plug it in for a bit, then unplug it for a while. It works well enough for use as a daily driver scenario.
