Our 23 was making a creaking sound going over bumps and slow turns. Turned out to be a bad sway bar (bushing?) covered by our extended warranty at 37,000 miles.

I’ll keep the Forum posted! The vehicle never leaves the highway, so no, we haven't done anything to damage it. The mechanic couldn't explain it either.

The tech just told me one sway-bar.

We were noticing a clunking sound when going over a bump or turning.

There is no noticeable leakage under the vehicle. Tech said they "knew where to look."

1.5 L eco-boost. Tech said it's becoming a common problem. I believe it was one complete sway bar. I'm assuming the bushings were what wore out.

During a routine oil change on our 23 Sport my tech told our second water pump is starting to leak. First water pump was replaced at 10,000. Second one is going bad at 45,000 miles. Warranty will cover it but that’s beside the point. So far: water pump failures, sway bar and both rear shocks...

2023 Bronco Sport Bad Land 40,000 miles. clunking rattling in front end. Dealer says the sway bar is worn which he's never seen with such low miles. We just had the rear leaky shocks replaced. Anyone have the same problem with such low miles? My wifes vehicle. Never leaves the pavement...

We had purchased an extended warranty which covered $410 of the $510 bill to replace the shocks. Now we have a worn sway bar at 40,000 miles that was diagnosed today. After we took it in to figure out where the rattling was coming from. Service tech said he hadn't seen that with such low miles...

Both rear shocks leaking at 39,000 miles or less. Discovered at regular oil change. Ford Warranty would have covered them up to 36,000. Never off hard pavement. Been driving for 52 years without one bad shock! Anyone else? I know the other models will have a recall.
