What did you do TO your Bronco Sport today?

Installed the Aeroskin II. After I finished, I realized I forgot to use the surface prep. I used the alcohol wipes, but not the other stuff. Is that going to cause a problem? Ugh.

I think you will be fine. You could have the same thing using Dawn dish soap. Just want to get all the wax if any off. If the vehicle is relatively new and hasn’t been waxed, you should be ok.

Replaced the stock Pirelli Scorpions with Toyo Open Country AT3s, 235/65r17. Too few miles to have a developed opinion on them, but so far, the ride is better overall. Small bumps are less noticeable (softer compound, larger size). There is a slight squirm when changing lanes at highway speeds, but that was expected when going to an AT tire.

Looking forward to testing them out in the wet and snow in the PNW.

I also put on a new hat, Yakima LocknLoad and Rail Kit B. The Rail Kit adds a whistling noise at around >35mphs, gets noticeable at 60mph. Pretty sure it is from the front rail only, which I might remove. Looking to add a Roam Cargo box up top soon and some pads for a surfboard.

Did a full interior detail for the first time in 4 months since I've been away from home. I'm feeling so much better with an immaculate vehicle!

Paint protection film was applied to the whole front end, Weather Tech mud flaps, a sunshade for the windshield, a tray for the center console, and tinted driver/passenger windows (its illegal where I live so its a bit lighter than the factory tint). Still to come black matte overlays for the white lettering, a custom-built dog barrier that attaches to the backseat headrest posts. People like the hot pepper red, I had someone that took some pictures and lots of ?? And her name is officially Peppa! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

So no lift on your BL ? I see that you actually bash this Bronco around off road ( As I do... bash plates to hell...) but still rocking those puny Pirellis 225/65/17 scorpions...meh! Looking to add some BF Goodrich KO2s and of course 235/65/17s work, but wanted to know if you have had any issues running the 245s?

No lift, just the factory “badlands 1” lift”. All stock, tires fit and have never touched even sliding down a rocky ravine with the wife screaming and bottoming out at the bottom…?

Been lurking since last year, ordered my BB at the beginning of April and took delivery 2 weeks ago. Today, I whited out the Ford emblem with a vinyl overlay that I found out about on this awesome forum. Wasn't too hard and Im not too good at this type of stuff so Im really happy with it.
