Negative. Only Ford's "lol sorry about the delay" email, along with my weekly invite to the Off-Roadeo for the Badlands I don't have yetYes, they scheduled last week. Did anyone get a VIN and build week?

My understanding is the offrodeo emails come from the bronco nation forum. I turned off the newsletters from there, so hopefully I won't get tricked by seeing that notification on my phone next week.Negative. Ahhhh Nope!Yes, they scheduled last week. Did anyone get a VIN and build week?
I'd not react well. You are a stalwart of propriety.Ahhhh Nope!
Please don't take this the wrong way, but I think you are setting yourself up for some heartache. Reality is orders are going to take 4-6 months, and most likely closer to 6. Looking at your order date chances are you won't get a build date for another month or two. Maybe you will get lucky but I would not count on it.I can be a little much when I get a bee in my bonnet like this, and I'm extra extra on my vehicle.
I'm wondering if Ford and some others are thinking of beefing up their supply chains with a little padding in the future. Even then, I know a guy who kept 2 years worth of inputs stocked for his business, and he's just about in the hurt locker now because replenishing it is a challenge even this far into the plague problems. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I think you are setting yourself up for some heartache. Supply chain issues really did a number on the auto industry, and I suspect much of that has to do with the "just in time" process the auto industry has followed for 30+ years.
This may be a dumb question, but I have to ask - does the dealer know why that’s happening? That is beyond frustrating, I’m sure.So ordered 9/29, shipped in the beginning of Feb, not expected to the dealer until mid May. Been sitting an hour away from the dealer for 2+ weeks now and they’re not allowed to pick it up.
Yours is the oldest I've heard of. I can't imagine any situation in which they didn't have the all the parts available in the 5.5 months since you placed the order. It's not like the line has slowed to a crawl. Ford sold over 10,000 Bronco Sports last month, 77% of them were from dealer stock. Something just isn't adding up.Ordered a BL on 9/30/21 and got email from Ford this weekend.
"......we’ve run into a few delays......."
Ya think?
This could be due to a few factors, if they built 10,000 last month, they have over 3000 dealers so that's still roughly on average 3 per location (I know allocation is a thing but go with me) A good portion of those are Base and BB and even a few OB but far more of the former. A lot of people in here waiting extended period of time are for BL or custom OB. So to a certain extent yes but I dont necessarily think it's anything nefarious.Yours is the oldest I've heard of. I assume the premium package (and whatever it's called for OB) is a big sticking point. The Long McArthur guy said a couple of weeks ago those aren't even scheduling, but I see units with those packages in dealer inventories. This could be due to a few factors, if they built 10,000 last month, they have over 3000 dealers so that's still roughly on average 3 per location (I know allocation is a thing but go with me) A good portion of those are Base and BB and even a few OB but far more of the former. I wonder if what is shown is really dealer inventories or a persons order. I ordered from Jeep and Mazda in the past and in both cases the vehicles showed up on their sites as inventory coming soon. Nothing shady happened, turned out their systems show everything coming in online.I assume the premium package (and whatever it's called for OB) is a big sticking point.
