We are considering cancelling too but instead of ordering a 22 model we are considering giving another company our business. Not sure yet who that would be but the way Ford is handling things is putting a sour taste in our mouth. If Ford could just respect their customers enough to communicate with them we would have a whole different opinion. I would NEVER leave a customer of mine hanging like this. Communication is so important and goes a long way towards making a relationship work.New guy here... hello all.
I am also stuck in purgatory. Order date 1/22, in production since 6/18.... That date at the bottom of the window sticker changed at least 5 times, if not more. Seriously considering just cancelling and ordering a MY22 since I've waited this long...
