    Exactly. Ford isn't responsible for the chip and other part shortages and that I understand but they are responsible for their lack of communication with their customers.     We are considering cancelling too but instead of ordering a 22 model we are considering giving another company our business. Not sure yet who that would be but the way Ford is handling things is putting a sour taste in our mouth. If Ford could just respect their customers enough to communicate...

    Nobody including me would consider you a jerk for something that is not in your control. The order in which they build them is confusing and frustrating but this is on Ford. However if you want to give me yours and continue waiting I will buy you dinner at the pickup site....lol.

    Yup. Ours ordered on 2-17 and in production on 6-18 is sitting in the hot sun baking away waiting on the same part I am sure you are. This has become very frustrating. Not because of the wait as we completely understand the chip issue. Whats frustrating is seeing more and more people get theirs...

    Mine has been in production since 6-18. Its waiting on a chip. I would imagine yours is too which is why it says in production and not built. Just my guess.

    This is exactly what I ordered on Feb 27th but all the modules have not been installed yet according to that site. I guess order date has nothing to do with anything. Oh well. I guess I will eventually get it...lol.

    Good luck. Ours has been on order since Feb 27th with a new delivery date of November 3rd.
