Update! I reached out to my salesman yesterday, asking if he had access to the VVR or had any updated tracking info for me. He sent me what he thought was a railcar number. I was skeptical because it started with UP and I hadn't seen that here before. I called Union Pacific and it worked!
To recap, I received the built email on June 3 and the shipped email on June 9. UP confirmed this morning that it arrived in Nogales AZ on June 10. I'm not sure why it sat there for 9 days but was finally loaded June 19 at 7:41 am and is set for "arrival at industry" tomorrow, June 20 at 11:29 pm.
Did anyone figure out definitively what "industry" means? I read somewhere that it is the final destination where it is then loaded for final transfer to the dealer (on a truck?). My ramp code is RA4K, which is Portland, OR, so I find it hard to believe that it would travel that far that fast based on others' experience.
