@thekingprawn is right, it is a fairly large dealership. The confirmation that the trucking company sent me showed they received 9 vehicles on Thursday--5 Mavericks and 4 Bronco Sports (my white OB, 1 blue BL and 2 blue BB in case you're interested!). Their service department is closed on...
I took a chance and emailed the trucking company. A very nice man got back to me right away and said it was delivered to the dealership yesterday afternoon! He even sent a screenshot of the confirmation that listed all the vehicles that were delivered there. Great customer service! I emailed...
As I've posted previously, my BS OBX arrived at the rail yard in Portland, OR on June 23, 15 days ago, which I'm sure many of you will agree is excessive! No updates since on any of the trackers, from Ford Chat or from the dealership other than restating the delivery window of July 7-13...
Are you getting your info from Ford Chat? I didn't have much luck getting updated tracking info, railcar number etc from them. Once I got the railcar number from my dealership, I was able to track with UP that it was in fact on the move. You might try your dealership (if you haven't already)...
I don't think it's asking too much for a dealership to provide an honest, straightforward buying experience! So far, mine has been great...I just hope that continues through this final stretch. Here are their awards from their website. Looks like yours dethroned mine for Dealer of the Year...
That's the million dollar question! Their website is pretty straightforward, advertising price protection, no ADM, no cost lifetime warranty and maintenance package, incentives available at the time of order OR time of purchase, etc. You can bet I have taken screenshots of all of it and tucked...
My dealership advertises that a 2-year premium maintenance package (and a lifetime warranty) is included with your purchase. However, I swear that they were offering a 4-year package when I ordered in January. I don't have any documentation of that so hoping my salesman is honest about that...
For comparison, I received my shipped email on June 9 and it arrived in Nogales AZ on June 10. It was loaded on UP on June 19, at which point I was able to get the railcar from my salesman.
Similar situation....my BS was built on June 2 and shipped on June 9. It arrived at the rail yard in Portland, OR on June 23 with an estimated delivery to the dealer in Kent, WA July 7-13. Based on thekingprawn's experience, a 12-17 day delivery timeline to my dealership seems about right...
My notes from last night are at home but I thought it said arrival last night at 7 ish pm. The previous day it said arrival at Barnes on June 22 at 11:29 pm. The original arrival date was Monday June 20 but it kept getting moved up a day, which would make sense based on the logjam on the rails...
Yeah, that's part of the problem....I can't get on Ford Chat (the link isn't working for me since they changed it up). Tried at home and at work with no luck. Do you know of a direct route to Chat without going through the support section of the Ford website?
