Transmission issues - any suggestions?

So I started having issues with my 2022 Bronco Sport OB, after only having it for 10K miles (91K total).
• Transmission takes time to shift into reverse (R light on dial blinks and then it jolts into gear).
• When slowing down in Normal drive mode, it has a large jolt when it reaches 25 mph. In Sport mode, that jolt is at 45mph.
• Engine luggs at 1200 or less RPM (Normal drive mode) when driving through parking lots or at low speed in town. I have to drive in Sport mode in town to prevent this.
• It seems the TCM was updated 6 months ago (around 10K miles) before I bought it, according to the Carfax. Could this be the issue? Does it have a new update? This is the only "unresolved" recall.
There's an open Customer Satisfaction Program titled "Transmission Control Assembly Reimbursement." Do I need to replace the TCA and will I get reimbursed for it? Do I just need a transmission flush (it has never had one). Am I low on transmission fluid?

Very disappointing, as it was my first car purchase and I've only had it for 2 months (yes I've driven it a lot).

Has anyone else had these problems? And what do y'all recommend?

When driving on the freeway at 65 mph with the cruise control set, does the tachometer needle bounce 100 rpm every second?

Update: I took it to the dealer for a separate reason, and they updated the TCM. It took a few times, but now the reversing issue has disappeared (for now). Still has a jolt when slowing down, but less.

To answer a previous question, yes sometimes the RPM will slightly bounce while cruising on the highway. No noticeable effects in terms of feel though.

I know it's about time for a transmission flush, will this change anything? If so, the vehicle does also apply for the TCA reimbursement. Which should I do first?

Other people can chime in but, at 91k I think you might do a transmission fluid change but not a "flush".
At a little higher mileage on my 81 Corvette I did a transmission Flush and, that transmission lasted another month or so. I believe a dump and refill fluid change has advantages over a transmission Flush.

Anyone else agree or disagree (JUST my humble opinion)?

At a little higher mileage on my 81 Corvette I did a transmission Flush and, that transmission lasted another month or so. I believe a dump and refill fluid change has advantages over a transmission Flush.

It's a debated topic. I think the majority consensus is that a fluid drain and refill is OK (I should say, it's recommended, not just ok), but a fluid flush and refill could exacerbate a transmission problem that may have already been present, due to stirring up contaminants and debris that had settled in the filter and pan.

So if I'm still having that aforementioned reversing issue, and the transmission shuddering at low speed and a rough shift at 25, should I do the TCA reimbursement (my vehicle applies) and will they flush/change the fluid at the same time as that process?

Check with your Ford service department to see if it's a drain and refill or a flush.

Part of the TCM update is a "re-Learn" as they clear the entire module of everything (all driving behavior).

I would still be concerned with the jolt and fluctuations however. My BB is going in for a Transmission service (135,000km / 84,000 miles) based on my driving patterns and I have never had any issues such as you describe and I tow a light trailer on occasion.
