I experienced the same discrimination at the Bronco Off Roadeo in Texas. We did more cruising down paved highways than off-road.
Yup. I was a little annoyed too when it felt like the regular Bronco owners got more time (forgot if they got their earlier or the day before).

We had a small group and I was the only one that had been off road and had more plans to go off road. The others just thought it looked cool and had a neat name.

I just bought a membership for the onxroad app and it works pretty good, also works with android auto to display in the vehicle. Wish they at least supported the ford trail app for off road packages like badlands BS and Tremor Maverick, Tremor F150 etc. but who knows if they will ever do that. I emailed the app team as well.

Sure would be nice if the ford trail app could be used off road packages like badlands BS and Tremor Maverick, Tremor F150 etc.

Recently several owners took their Bronco Sports off road (mix of Badlands and other variants) and damaged their Bronco Sport then demanded Ford fix the damage they did because Ford markets Bronco Sport showing and documenting off road usage. Pretty clever and probably didn’t work out .. Ford also documents the owner has responsibility whenever taking their vehicle off road.

Pretty Silly, kinda like when people sue McDonalds because hot coffee is hot. Good off road capability does not over-ride inability to drive or read terrain.

I have a big bronco as well, so I have the app. You're not missing much. It's fine, but it's not a great trail app. It has some trail reviews you won't find elsewhere, so it's useful in conjunction with other things, but it's not really competing with Gaia, OnX, or Garmin Explore.

The best thing about it is the real time air pressure gauge. Saves you the trouble of trying to go to the dash to see pressure when airing up/down.

With that said there's no reason sport owners shouldn't get it too. If the advantage is having more trail reviews, then the more the merrier.
