I have a ‘22 Bronco Sport Base that is stock at the moment but was looking into putting new tires on the car. I was referred to the KO2 tires in the 245/65/r17 for both “city” and off road driving.
Is the KO2 tire the best option or is there a better option for someone like me that primarily drives “city” roads but wants the look and size of a KO2 tire?
Because I have a FJ Cruiser and a Jeep JT, the groups I belong to spend an enormous amount of time talking about tires. In your tire range, take a look at this:

Nitto Ridge Grapplers (mount them block side out)

I bought mine with the upgraded 235 Falkens. I’m very happy with them so far both on and off the road after 5K miles. Have not driven them in snow yet but unfortunately, that won’t be too long from now.

K02 on my base. They are def loud, but bought them more for the off road application. We camp off road almost every weekend and needed the traction. Great in deep snow. But yeah keep in mind, you will def hear them.
I just mounted new KO2's, 245/65 and yes louder but not bad and hardly noticeable with windows up! They are not a city tire - I purchased these for snow and dirt roads. BS/BL is made for car camping! The stock Pirelli's non bene in snow!

you’ll like them, especially in snow or mud. real grabbers. i think we would have been in trouble had we kept all seasons on it.
i cant speak highly enough about these tires.

I have heard mixed things about the KO2's. I have heard they're a good on/off road tire and that they are not a bad city tire for a daily. I have also heard that they are not a good city tire. I like the KO2's a lot and have done research on them. I am just trying to figure out which is the right way to go I guess and which is the correct information.

I’ve been doing my research all day today as well. Looking to upgrade. I’m stuck between the KO2s or the Yoko Geolander 015. I really like the looks of the KO2s but Im concerned over noise and tread wear.

Same. I've heard that the KO2's have been around for years and that they're a great tire but after reading posts on here I'm not sure.. Those are the tires I'm also between too.

Yes and it seems the KO2s are more popular with the BS they also look awesome on it. It’s just my bronco is my daily driver as well just want to make sure I’m not tossing my money away if the tread wears much sooner.

Same. My Bronco Sport is my only car atm and all of my driving happens on paved roads. Eventually, I hope that changes in the near future but for now all my driving is "city" driving. I also love the look the KO2's give to the Bronco Sports. I truly am leaning to getting the KO2's but I just want to make sure I'm not going to end up replacing them faster than my current tires.

I’ve been over thinking it I think I’m pretty leaning on the KO2s as well they look great and the price is very close to the Yokos. Probably gonna order from TireBuyer they have the best deals imo they currently have a rebate for the Yokos though which is nice. The KO2s are going for 195 a tire

I think that's the same thing I'm doing as well. I always liked the KO2's but after reading what everyone has said on here has made me overthink it as well. I'll probably do some more research tonight on both of them and make a decision tonight.

One thing I haven’t seen anyone mention on here is the weight of the K02’s. They are a pretty heavy tire, which will lead to lower gas mileage. They are really tough because of that weight but if you don’t need that toughness, you’ll be paying at the pump for the next 3-4 years while you wear them out.

That's another thing I was worried about but from the people I've talked to about them they said it depends more on how you drive on them then the weight of them.
