The guy narrating the video said he has worked on Ecoboost engines for 15 years. Take his advice or not. That's your choice.AI Slop? I notice the "mechanic" never appears and the whole video is just stock clips.
I think this guy knows fuck all. The turbo has a check valve that holds oil pressure in turbo after shut off and helps when starting.I've known most of these tips but for those who don't.

most newer diesels have this probably since before 2000
I thought so too. I think I heard it call an F150 an "F onehundred fifty." I don't think a human would do that.AI Slop? I notice the "mechanic" never appears and the whole video is just stock clips.
100% AI. Though, thatās just the spoken words, not necessarily the written script, or the advice behind it.I thought so too. I think I heard it call an F150 an "F onehundred fifty." I don't think a human would do that.
Thank you for posting the truth! They had a filter press at a place I use to work. It filtered copper flock out of water so it could be put to drain and that is exactly how it works!I thought so too. I think I heard it call an F150 an "F onehundred fifty." I don't think a human would do that.
Also, was an air induction engineer for about 4 years, and the statement about a dirty filter causing particles to pass through is just plain false. Dirty filters do a better job of filtering than clean filters. The added particles trapped in the filter help catch more particles and make the path more arduous. Dirty filters DO create more restriction, so you have to pick your poison.
But in general, I didn't think it was terrible advice.
Oil, filter, ā¦and extended warranty.Mostly FUD.
change your oil and filters. The rest is drama.
