If i knew the Pedal Max I had on the BB BS I had would have worked with the 2.0 EB on My 2025 AWD XLT Maverick I would have kept it. I think it would make a big difference on the Maverick. The throttle response and Transmission shifting was much better on the BS BB with the Pedal Max than on the stock Maverick. I was on the F-150 Forum since i Had F-150's before the BS BB and the one Idiot on there said the Pedal Monster which I'm sure is like the Pedal Max was a waste of money. But yet he didn't have either product on any of the vehicles he owned. FWIW I also go on the Maverick Forum as well as this one and the F-150 forum every night.
The same unit worked on my 16 Focus, 18 EcoSport and my 21 BS. My hope is it will on the F150 when I pull the trigger. Worst scenario would be it won't and start tossing codes. No biggie, I'll just unplug and retire it for a new one. "The Tune" still had a delay in throttle response. Don't get me wrong, the tune made a world of difference, but with the PM, she really rolls!

You have to take what people say on the forums with a grain of salt. A lot of experts on things they’ve never done. One person on the 6g forum who said he has driven manuals his whole life said one of the reasons he wasn’t getting one is they can’t be used off road and they were difficult to use in parking lots. He clearly never drove a stick.
True about people being experts on things they've never done,He was one of them for sure. And the worst part was the OP asked about mounting the Pedal Monster and the so called expert told him to throw the Pedal Monster in the trash can.

I get we all have our opinions and some biased. But, people on the forum are generally here for the community or to get help solving a problem or making an informed decision. Spewing trash or lies based on an opinion and not data just isn’t helpful and is nothing but trolling. Your point is well taken. I’ve never used a pedal monster so can’t add any data other than I’ve heard many people are repeat purchasers which says a lot.

Kinda concerned with the longevity of my Bronco sport. At 30k miles I've had the recalls done. Tsb for rear brakes. And a radiator leak, now my Rdu is acting up. Yeah stuff happens but I'm kind of let down. Warranty will fix the issues but my mind will start to wonder what's next on the list? Vehicle I'm thinking about trading for is a 2026 honda passport trailsport elite in ash green. Looking like 30k otd with my trade in. Any thoughts?

Going on 40K miles on our '21 OB. Still good so far. But, if I could afford it I would trade it in on a Raptor Bronco. Have to win the lottery first.

I just traded in my ‘22 OB for a ‘25 BL and couldn’t be happier. Most of the recalls had to do with the 1.5 and the 2.0 is a much smoother engine with a noticeable increase in power. The ‘25 itself is a little refined over the ‘22 and just makes for a better driving experience.
Besides that, I found a couple of videos on YouTube by Driving Sports TV and the guy is almost raving about the off road capabilities of the ‘25 Badlands. Check it out if you’re interested.

I'm with you Xzavior1818. My 2022 BS is a POS. Worst car I ever owned. Not one redeeming feature.
Less than 20K miles and water pump, etc, and now waiting for parts for an RDU replacement. As soon as power train warranty is done, so am I with the car.

I have about 4 years left on my extended warranty so I made the decision to get a Honda passport trailsport or something similar when it's up or maybe hit 100k miles (6.5 years eta) I can use the money to pay my home off in 3 years so the interest saved from that will pay for the new car entirely...

Definitely think the Bronco sport isn't as robust as Ford made it out to be. We all kind of bought into the hype and some of us got burned by it.

It is not just the Bronco Sport. I think overall all new cars that the average person buys are made with cheaper parts that are not built to last. My BS is currently in the shop for a strange noise under the engine/transmission when accelerating from a stop. The shop has had my BS for several days. Still waiting to hear back. In addition to cheap parts everything is software and until these cars are out in the real world Ford (and other manufacturers) really do not know how they are going to perform and if the parts or software fail or has issues in how the part or software performs it can take months or longer for the manufacturer to come up with a proper solution as has been demonstrated in repeat recalls and updated TSB's because the issue extends into another model year. Since I do not want to lease and trade in for a new vehicle very 3 years I always buy the extended warranty when buying a new car. With my Ford's I have been buying the warranties from the online Ford Dealers since I know my selling dealer will not or can not match their price.

I'm right there with you. I have a 23 broncosport heritage limited. I haven't had any issues except for the rdu which I'm like 100% sure it was my fault. Well my dog's fault And which they fixed under warranty and I'm still pretty sure I'm going to trade mine in in the next year or two. I just doubt that it's going to be a reliable lasting car no matter what maintenance you do and how you treat it. And I'm not sure there's any new cars that are like that at this point. I'm probably going to buy an old truck and just build it into what I want with a slightly built 4.8, np203+205 and nv4500 trans under an oldish f250 with a solid front axle front and ARB lockers and just go full analog and hope I can break 20mpg combined But know that it'll last forever

I'm in the exact same boat! New engine at 34,000 miles and loads of other issues that they can't pinpoint the cause of! I was thinking about the Trailsport Elite as well... warranty is almost up and there's no way that this car will make it past 5 years without more issues. Even with the extended warranty, there will still be a deductible and then of course all the time in the shop. Such a disappointment... it has such great features but is NOT reliable for the long term.

Slightly unrelated, but the used car market is fluctuating like crazy. Maybe it’s always been like this… I haven’t sold my 22 Obx yet because I had to go pickup my title. 2 weeks ago carvana offered me 22k, and this week it’s 19k. When I purchased the Honda, the dealer offered 18k trade-in value which I declined.

I did a quick search and there’s a good amount of used, low mileage bronco sports for sale in my area currently.
