Me, too. Drove a VW or Audi with a stick 1983 - 2015. First new car was an '83 Rabbit L. A whole 65 h.p.!

Tornado Red '87 GTi 16v for 172,000 miles. Techtonics Tuning exhaust. Sounded great. Neighbors probably hated it.

1993 Mitsubishi Delica, 4x4 with a dual range, rear LSD, Right Hand Drive. 2 inch lift, 31×10.50 tires. Holds 60-65mph no issues. Drives on the beach like a champ and does good in mud and rock crawling. Has decent clearance but it still isn't a jeep with 35's.
