Well, the reveal is almost here. Ran across a MSN.com article citing Moter Trend and it mentions some things we haven't heard about here. Notably:

I could see being the new top of line at around $38k-$40k…

My 2021 bronco sport First Edition was 43500 all done , I thinks 2024 badlands is now 45500.. so I guess we will see what ford has for us tomorrow. And I also put on a set of Goodyear wrangler 235/70/17 tires a couple years ago . They come in at30.03 inches .

Huh? A base Badlands, which is fairly equipped already, is $38.3k

I would guess with the new SAS package a BL is going to be pushing 50-55k easily.

The 2.3 has identical external size dimensions as a 2.0. They are the exact same size engines externally. The 2.3 has a longer stroke crank. That's how it gets its bigger displacement. Hop on over to the Focus forums the ST guys been swapping 2.3 cranks into 2.0 blocks or swapping entire 2.3 engines into their 2.0 cars for a long time now. There is some guy out there with a 2.3 in a Maverick like a year back.

If everything in the mullinax description is correct, it'll probably be around 50k. Just adding a 2.3 liter engine alone will make a big bump.
This is the Bronco Sport Raptor (with a different name).
I wonder if there will be exclusive colors?

Edit: I'll be surprised if Mullinax was posting something made up. That's a real dealership that I deal with all the time. They probably just screwed up and put it online early.

There are companies out there selling 2.0 blocks with 2.3 cranks because the 2.0 block is considered stronger then 2.3 block. Can also have local machine shop swap the 2.3 crank/rods/pistons into 2.0 block. Googled it the Focus ST guys have been doing the 2.3 crank into 2.0 block for a long time. This trail is already burned and discussed all over the web for at least 10 years now.
