Just bought a '23 with 7k. We are impressed so far (1 week) Window sticker shows the following 2 functional adds "Refresh95 & Wiring prep- pack. This is not my first rodeo, read many window stickers in my 80+ years but ???????

Refresh95 is Ford Marketing for the interior Cabin Air Filter located behind the glove box. You can google Refresh95 and see Ford's writeup but near as I can tell you cannot purchase a bonified Refresh95 replacement Cabin Air Filter.

Wiring prep- pack is a term for the channel located on driver's side A-pillar. See this post for more info:

As @Dude says, cabin air filter and accessory wiring. The issue with the wiring is there are not accessory switches like in the 25 or the full size Bronco that they run too. Most have found they don’t add much value in the case of the 21-24 Sport.

And there is no actual wiring just the channel for the wiring

There is a small section of wire that runs down to behind the light switch module. This does help a little (very little) but nothing like what is done on the full size. Not sure if this was improved upon with the 25’s and the accessory switch panel option.

This was the first I saw of the details too. I knew about the switches but wasn’t sure of the implementation considering how poorly ours was implemented.
