I was getting ready to remove a cottonwood sucker about 3 ft. tall and I removed my donut spare and saw the jack and a funnel but nothing else. Has anybody experienced this? No bar to run the jack either.

Yes, I'm sure. When I looked at photos already posted you can see the jack handle plainly, on mine no jack handle or recovery tool.

Did you buy used? Otherwise it should be there and I’d take it to the dealer and have them order you the correct assembly.

You should have gotten the entire setup, I’d go back to the dealer,

The jack handle on the BS is pretty short. If you're old (like me) or a woman, you might want to add a cheater bar (a 18" piece of 3/4" pipe) into one of those holes in the foam around the tire. It gives you more leverage to loosen the lug nuts that some kid at the tire store put on with an impact wrench. The last time I had a flat, I was way out in the boondocks, and there was no cell service.

Years ago, Discount tire put my wheel locks on so tight that I stripped the wheel lock trying to get it off. They hammered a socket onto the lock and were able to remove it.

I was on the way to the lake a couple of weeks ago, and my trailer's wheel bearing gave up the ghost. I had my DeWalt cordless impact wrench with me, and it worked like a charm to turn that scissor jack. They make 12v impact wrenches for removing lug nuts.

I found the jack handle and tested on one of the rear Lugnuts and was able to break it free without too much trouble.

hmmm, I have an impact wrench I almost never use, maybe I should consider using as an emergency tool?

If you got the Tow Package there's not a recovery towing hook added

It was in the jack; I had to use the screw for the tire mount to pry it out of the jack. No tow package.
