Hi again, I've noticed that the noise doesn't occur when the car is accelerating slowly in sport mode while going over the bumps, and it's only audible when driving over it with the front left wheel. I'm showing you the noise in a video so you can identify if it's the same as what you have. Please remember that they have replaced the left CV axle and the noise continues.
I don't believe it's possible to accurately identify the source of noises by watching a video. This technique works well to identify suspension noises:

I agree with you, but I'm almost sure it's a traction related noise.

Hi. I am having the same issue. Were you able to find what is causing it? Any solutions? I will be taking my car to Ford on Wednesday.

My vehicle was at Ford again last week and they still are not able to find the problem (8 visits!). They are now ordering one-time use parts (bolts, etc) to take apart the strut-to-body mounting area to inspect it. Sigh...

Have you had any success with your issue?

Yea. The noise was coming because of the lift kit. Has it uninstalled and it’s fine now

Just went through the same thing they had a specialist look at it and it was the sway bar links so hop it helps

Seems like the most obvious answer and yet there are technicians installing expensive new CV axles over and over. A wise man once told me about troubleshooting, "Look for a horse, not a zebra".

Hi there, John. This constant rattling concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco Sport. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of the Ford dealer you are going to for your appointment? To send a private message, just click on our username and select "Start Conversation". I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.

I have the same issue on my 21 BB with 35K miles. I made appointment yesterday at dealer and will be in the shop in 3 weeks. I really need this to be fixed under warranty. If the vehicle was 10 years old...well OK, but less than three. Something isn't right.

Hi Nick! I can look into your Bronco's noise concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

After nine visits to Ford, they finally found and fixed the problem. It was a bad left front strut. Since they are now working on a different issue, I'm up to 10 service visits before I've hit 10,000 miles. :(

Saw some of your earlier posts .. what are all the front end components they replaced before figuring out the left front strut was bad?

Check your wheel bearing,
and if it is a stone between brake pads and disc,
Sometimes is also dust disc too close to the brake disc

it can be many things

well after hearing in the video it’s nothing from the above . If it is from the lift then it’s very bad work
