Rattling noise driver front - anyone else

After nine visits to Ford, they finally found and fixed the problem. It was a bad left front strut. Since they are now working on a different issue, I'm up to 10 service visits before I've hit 10,000 miles.

Did you take it to the same dealership those 9 times?If so i would have tried a different dealership after the 2nd visit.

Saw some of your earlier posts .. what are all the front end components they replaced before figuring out the left front strut was bad?

I'm on the road this week but I'll take a look at the service reports when I get back and let you know.

Agree completely... except I'm on an island and there is only one dealership.

I have the same issue on my 21 BB with 35K miles. I made appointment yesterday at dealer and will be in the shop in 3 weeks. I really need this to be fixed under warranty. If the vehicle was 10 years old...well OK, but less than three. Something isn't right.

Update - Dealer (Van Bortel) appointment today, Tech found and replaced bad sway bar link under warranty. All good now. ?
