Wrapped the deflector for the roof rack.

I sprayed the rack with some rustoleum gloss black Enamel. But didn't come out perfect and looked kinda cheap. Resprayed today with rustoleum bed liner. I think it turned out way better. I used 3 cans and did 2 coats on the whole thing. Going to wait 24 hours and see if it needs some more.

Well that went by was faster than we thought. Sadly I didn't take many pictures with the big bend. But got the new badlands.

You can definitely see the height difference even with the BB still on the toyo 245.

Got to bring it back for service dep to swap tires. And had to get them to order missing side hood weather stripping.

So far re installed on the new BL
- hood deflector
- K&N intake filter
- vinyl windscreen topper
- footwell lights
- factory mud guards
- Full LED tail lamps
- bronco hitch receiver plug
- all weather mats
- forscan programming
- glass screen protector for center display
- took a while detailing the roof. Had a lot of bad water spots. Had to use and acid product, rubbing compound then waxed, then graphine.

Still need to install
- factory window vents
- fender signal markers
- black Ford emblem
- ditch lights
- yakima HD crossbars
- rooftop basket
- swap the Falken wild peak 235 for toyo AT3 245
- detail the rest of car
- tint windows
- hood side weather stripping
- possibly run fuel line through firewall weather stripping. (Hood shake seems way less on this car)

Ditch light brackets should arrive tomorrow

And I have another package still on the way

Didn't get much progress on the car, need to clean the garage up, but found the stubby antenna and threw that on, then prepped the window visors for install. And admired the bed liner coated roof rack

Got the toyo 245s swapped from the big bend to the new badlands today. I hate dealerships. Didn't leave me much time to do what I wanted to it.
But I did basically detail the whole outside. Scrubbrd the tires and cleaned the wheels, tire shine, more water spot removal on the hood and fenders. And graphine coat on the whole car. Need to go over the Glass with some 0000 steel wool.

Also got the yakima HD crossbars on. Still need to detail the inside and get a coat of wax on the doors and rear hatch.

I was sweating my ass off in the garage. Important to stay hydrated!

Also bought a garmin dash cam from best buy. Its the 67W.

Programmed 245 tire circumfrence in forscan.

Unrelated but
Also I think the fuel station by my house is a bit janky. It's a chevron but I've noticed the last few times I've gotten fuel there 3 or 4 of the 12 pumps have bags or caution tape around them denoting they're out of service. Today I had 2 pumps fail to initiate transaction 3rd one dispensed 10 gallons when I was at half a tank.

Everything I've seen says all sports have a 16 gallon tank.

Thanks man justvtrying to get this new one back up to snuff where the big bend was so we can enjoy it asap. And I need to get my garage back. Parts everywhere around my work bench.

I use a mix of stuff for detailing. I was on a big chemical guys kick for a while but I'm thinking about leaving them. Their spray bottles are terrible. either going back to all Meguiar's or adam's

I use their water spot removal gel on an applicator and buff in and let it sit for just a minute. Then clean it off with a detail spray. Follow up with the rubbing compound on a heavy pad, and then apply a wax by hand and buff with finishing pad. Then sealed with some Adam's graphine detail spray.

thanks I'm no novice to detailing. I try to keep it organized. made all those myself. the chord for the random orbital usually gets tucked neatly in the bottom pocket there. I was just being lazy yesterday. once I build a shed the garage will be much better organized. it kind of looks like a wreck but i know where everything is lol

Windows look good. Did all ceramic. Rear windows are all probably about 20% equivalent, fronts are 45% and windscreen is 75%.

I would've done 30% all around but it's the wife's car. She wanted to go easy.

I'm happy I'm not driving in a fishbowl.

Threw on the window visors too.

Other than the color, I am curious why you swapped out the rear Ford Emblem?
