are the knobs and buttons not illuminated? that doesn't seem right.
some are some are not. the knobs are but the buttons I don't believ so, unless they are active. I will doubel check. i am getting pretty good at finding them from memory but they are small and not the easiest button layout.

I remember thinking when I bought the car that maybe they took a pacy from gmc and the interior ilumination with the tech package would have a little led light directed at the control area, like it does in my wifes 2019 ford edge. it lights up the cup area and the buttons below the screen with out interferign with anything else, but nope all it does is light up the footwells and the door handles.

Yep, I can't understand why people wouldn't want them there or say it clutters up the screen.

To each their own
So don't add them, it's simple. You the type that others actions trigger you, even though they dont affect you?

so i double checked and yes they are iluminated, but they are veryy small, and if you do any type of night driving out of the city you dim your dash lights so you are not blinded by the dash glare (ford you went backwards in this, we need to talk)

so for my comort I have the dash lights dimmed to about 30% and at that level you cannot see the button ilumination.

they have messed up the dash dimming so bad with the bronco and I never noticed untill I went to check. why are back lit buttons dimming with the dash lights, why do the speedo and rpm guage not dim with the dash light?

in 2014 on my f350 platimum the screens dim independiantly from the dash lights so you can turn the dask lights down where you like them then do the big 8" screen even more, but the back lit knobs and buttons don't change, they are blue they glow not glare.
