Parks Ford in Gainesville Fl

A good word and big thumbs up goes out to Parks Ford in Gainesville Florida. When we bought our 2023 Outer Banks Bronco Sport a few months ago (actually 8 Months ago!), they gave us 4 free oil changes.

We took it in this past Saturday for it's first oil change (monitor stated 18% oil life left). The service department paid for a Uber ride to a local breakfast stop and paid for the ride to and from the restaurant while the service was performed. The vehicle oil change was well done, and they rotated the tires and did a full inspection, hand washed and returned the BS to us.

Our sales person greeted us on the way out and asked if we were happy and if they could do anything for us.

Top notch service. After reading here on this forum of others who have had an unfortunate time with their service or with their dealership, I'm happy to report ours was over the top in making us happy.

We ordered and purchased our 2022 BSBL from Parks Ford in Gainesville as well and similarly had spectacular experience with the sales department and the service department.

We were given a similar 4 free oil changes in the first two years of ownership as well as their new vehicle service package that includes a bunch of milestone maintenance that they take care of.

I had forgotten that I switched to a keyed typed lugnut on my vehicle and didn't put the key in an easily accessible location (it was in the spare tire wel) but the tech looked around enough to find it take care of the rotation. I was especially surprised when I picked up the car when I noticed that the techs found the two bolts I lost in the engine bay as well as one of the lenses from my headlamp that also was lost in the abyss of the engine bay waiting for me in the cupholder.

Honestly the best car purchase experience I've ever had, and the service department has been top notch

Well ladies & gents I gotta give a shout out to my local Ford Dealer Empire Ford of New Bedford, MA.
I walked in with my 2021 BigBend Shadow Black for the Fuel Injector Recall, while I was there I took a walk in the parking lot just to see what was available. Well low a behold I come across a Blue OBX. so I started to read the window sticker of the extras, MoonRoof check, Ambient Lighting check, Leather seats check, Cargo Management check, Trailer hookup check, Pilot 360 + check, B + O Sound System 10 Speakers check, My Favorite Color Atlas Blue Metallic check, so I go inside to talk to the Sales Manager, I ask him to make me a good deal on my trade in, so they give me $ 3000 grand over payoff, so I said write me up, an so they did and on Good Friday Afternoon I drove home in my brand new Blue OBX. The Dealer was very accommodating . With the first 2 Oil Changes for Free.

A shout out to our selling dealer Crossroads Ford in Kernersville, NC for great treatment of my wife & I when we purchased our 21 BS/BB & to Nelson Ford here in Martinsville, Va who does the service on the BS since our selling dealer is almost an hour away. The local dealer (Nelson Ford) has been servicing the BS since new & never questioning the fact we did not buy it from them. We have the Ford Maintenace plan & they service the BS then deliver it to our home when they are finished servicing it. ?
