On ‘21-‘24s, it is easy to find out which Sync 3.4 version is installed:

To find your Sync 3.4 Build Version (do not scan for updates):

Select SETTINGS tab, then
Select GENERAL tab, then
Select ABOUT SYNC tab

It will show the Build Version

Currently the latest is:
SYNC 3, Software Version: 3.4 Build 23188 PRODUCT

We need to know what Build version of SYNC 3.4 you currently have installed.

Keep the bronco, trade in the owner lol. But check the settings/about sync/sync version 3.4 build xxxxx

Yes Ford will take care of updating Sync for you to the latest (version 23188)
