Hi. My Bronco 2022 arrived without the engine cover as well… but what’s the passenger panel? Do you have the part number or picture? Cheers
Here you go!

I will need to check when back home. Traveling at work now. But this insulator Ford are installing without cost? Pretty disappointed with that Ford economy's…
Seems like some dealers are and some dealers are not. No one has heard definitively from Ford (not the dealer) if this was planned to leave these off like the engine cover or a mistake on the production line. Given this has been going on since February, I’m of the opinion this was a planned idea to no longer supply this.

I asked my dealer about this the other day. Their take after comparing my car missing it to another customer car in for service that was also missing it is that this is a Ford plan to no longer put this part on, just as you’re thinking. I could’ve brow beat him into giving it to me I’m sure, but honestly I plan to save the brow beatings for places where it’s really needed. Given the cost & ease of install with this panel (even I should be able to do it), & I might just order it myself one day & install it rather than turning it into a warranty fight.

Good plan. It’s 40 usd from some places. And yes, you can do it!

I know my BSBL was delivered without the insulator panel. Service ordered it and installed at no cost to me. The part was backordered until the middle of May. It may be again, depending on where it comes from.
hood insulation was there. I haven’t decided if I’m ordering the engine cover.

Whats funny on the Ford OEM parts website it shows it doesn't fit a 2022 BS Badlands, but it does fit a 2021. This tells me its meant to be this way. Really Ford for a $44.00 part?

Based on what the response has been so far as to who has it when delivered seems to coincide with your observation. I've been saying this for a while now, but there are those that think they forgot it in the factory floor. Hopefully people will keep checking and letting us know. It would be nice to hear something official from Ford. Personally, I don't see it as a big deal, but is it or isn't it supposed to be there.

🤷‍♀️ No idea. It took the Service Rep about 5 minutes to walk to my Sport, open the door, slide the panel in place and return to the service bay. It took longer for him to go to the parts department and pick up the part. Parts ordered based on the number in your post. Next time I head out, I’ll snap a photo for you.

My '22 is engine cover-less. I don't mind.

For some reason I don't believe that's the correct part? Maybe I'm. Just looking at it wrong

It’s the correct number for the passenger insulation panel.
