Hello, can anyone verify the lug nuts are not the 2 piece garbage but a solid lug nut? My 2014 Escape was basically a nut that sat inside a thin metal 'cap'. I had to use nut extractors to remove when it rounded off...total garbage. Thanks! Btw, I'm picking up a Carbon Bend Tuesday!

I replaced them on my 2011 Fusion too. It's not worth being stuck somewhere and not being able to remove the lugs.

I believe they are M12 X 1.5. I'll verify through the dealer tomorrow so I can order mine on Amazon. I'll post an update.
I don't know what size they are on the Bronco Sports, but for what it's worth, this is the same size that is on my Fusion (which was built in the same factory).

Saw it as M12 x 1.5 in the owners manual. Would it be 17mm or 19mm socket to open them?

Duly Noted. I will replace mine ASAP.
Anyone have any Idea why Ford used those troublesome two part Nutz ?

Go through the whole spare tire kit and replace what you can.

the jack is probably adequate for road use, but the lug wrench that came with my Ford Focus was really soft and didn’t last for 5 lugs. Had to go to autozone and buy a real one to get the last nut off. All this while stuck in a Shell parking lot. Carry a spark-less mallet too.
