I just got my 2021 Big Bend back from the dealer to replace a water pump. (45k miles) It also left my wife stranded. The fuel pump and injectors had to be replaced. (15k miles?). I'd say it should be near the bottom of the list.
I love all this emergency gear! I too have a breaker bar and socket nested in the foam around the spare tire. I have dated batteries in bags, headlamps, mechanical tire gauge, work gloves, paracord, reflective vest, basic tools and fuses among the other gear that's in there. You may not need...
I thought about replacing the sun visor with homelink as well, but decided on a 5 cent option instead and it works. I used double sided tape and stuck to the top of the console pocket area. It's discrete from a seating position. One can also use velcro instead for easy removal when you take...
I like it! Well done! The wheels give it a 'duty' look. I like the Bronco in the back. it looks like its have a black chrome on it. How do i get one? thanks!
I finally installed the rear camera to the back glass. It took some work but wasn't as bad as I had originally thought. I found a great tip from youtube in regards to fishing the camera wire through the rubber sleeve from the body to the liftgate. They used a ziptie. It's flexible and yet...
I went with the THINKWARE one. The front one was easy to hide the wires. The rear cam will be a challenge to route the wires through the wire sleeve from the body to the lift gate. If anyone has any ideas for a clean installation, please let me know, thanks!
My sales person gave me a discounted rate at about $160 for the floor mats. I love them. Before I installed the floor mats, I sprayed 3m scotchguard on the carpets, 2 coats. Salt on the carpet is a pain to clean and this should make it easier. My old weathertechs were good but not great. It...
Good job! I didn't realize the rear usb powered down when the ignition was off. Knowing this, it gives me some better options for the rear camera. When able, Can you post a picture facing the windshield from outside? I'd like to see the footprint. It looks relatively discrete. Thanks!
I like how you worked the 30" breaker bar in there. I added emergency gear in there too...batteries, headlamp with no batteries inside, work gloves, garbage bags, chem light sticks, spare fuses, hand tools, duct tape, knife, reflective high vis vest and few other small items. i'll look into...
