I don't think SYNC's voice control system is as sophisticated as Google Assistant either. Google responds to a large variety of voice prompts while driving, far more than SYNC. And your prompts do not have to be formatted in any particular way.

- How long will it take to get to [location]?
- Call/text my wife.
- Play Don't Stop Believin' on [your streaming service].

Same situation for me. I just ordered this holder for my '23 OBX. In my case it's worth the $16 it's costing me.Whoa!! I never noticed that. I o had a dollar for every time my wife rooted around the glove box for a pen my BS would have been free. I hope remember next time she asks!

-Factory NAV is garbage. But it came with the 360+. I always just download offline maps on my phone via google maps and use Android Auto. No issues navigating in bad reception areas in the Carolinas.

Wireless charge pad is useless, especially if you protect your phone with a case. Even the smallest pebble in the road upsets the charger. Just plug it in…

I used to drink Corona, and they need a bottle opener. I still drink an occasional Mexican coke made with real sugar from a bottle that needs an opener. I've used mine many times.
I bought a tray that fits in the top of the console. I drilled a hole and put an eye bolt in it so it was easy to lift out. I cut a notch in it so my charging cord would feed out without pinching.

Ok, I'll chime in: Onboard navigation. It's completely useless for anyone who prefers the Android Auto/Apple Carplay interface over the SYNC interface. Google maps are available for offline use, so you are covered should you encounter an area without cell coverage.
