Just crossed 1K last night; overall economy is 23-24 and slowly climbing. Got 30+ after fill-up over a 15 mile mixed drive.
We've been using the ECO mode & it still gets up & runs when the turbo kicks in. We also shut off the auto stop switch.

Has anyone figured out how too turn off the seat belt warning pop up on the instrument cluster so I don't wear out the OK button on the steering wheel every time I start the vehicle?
Yours being a 2025 on Sync 4, check what you have here to see if it coincides with DB and PBM being enabled and change it so that it disables it. The F150, Lightning and Mach E all match up to this in their IPC, so maybe it is the same for the BS on Sync 4?

Just pulled the ab data off of a random 2025 BS and it shows this:

If you show a 6 there, I would change it to a zero, reboot the IPC and see if it goes away.

Approaching 3,600 miles since I took delivery in January. No problems to report. It’s a blast to drive.

Plan on getting 2025 Bronco Sport
My 2025 Outer Banks has been great and fun since we picked it up in January from ordering it, it has 4,500 miles on it! Drove it from Nebraska to Arkansas and back in May and it did great, I'm loving it!!

Funny how they seem to accumulate miles faster than you anticipated. ;)

Just crossed over 1,000 miles. So far, no problems. We are getting 31.4 mpg. My main complaint is the HVAC controls. It's hard to use the "touch screen" while driving!
I rest my thumb or another finger on the little ledge below the screen to brace. When you have to manipulate controls in a moving platform (cars/ships/planes), this is a common technique.

Ford should’ve designed this more deliberately. I’m going to see if I can design something to fit over the existing ledge to offer a better platform.

No issues at all so far. Picked mine up on 3/19/25, and just over 4,400 miles as of now. Not one issue with mine (knock on wood). Been a great vehicle.

I haven't noticed the dashboard stuff. But I've only had her since the 7th of July. What I did notice is that the tailgate door panel came apart while getting groceries. Thought I pulled the whole tailgate down. Looks like they messed up at the factory. Shouldn't be to hard to have ford to fix. Other than that she's been great

1400 miles here and one repair. Left rear shock assembly came loose and they couldn't tighten the bolts so they had to replace the whole assembly and shock. Only getting 21 mpg mixed city and freeway.
