16,532.

EDIT: This is not a mileage figure. OP asked "how many" 1.5L owners with high mileage are not experiencing mechanical problems. My estimate is that there are 16,532 owners who fall in that category.

Is it not a good sign that some BS owners think under 20K is high mileage? ?

LOL! Don't worry, I know what high mileage is: 1993 Buick Skylark, 396k; 1994 F350, 250k; 2002 Honda Civic, 394k; 2008 Toyota Avalon 320k; 1997 F250, 220k. With retirement, I don't have the commute anymore. We've had our 23 Toyota Highlander since January and it only has 890 miles on it! Cheers!

This is your 7th thread in 9 months with same topic.

The Department of Redundancy Department wants to hire you as their Director.
As a 1.5 owner I like these threads. Keeps reinforcing my decision to go with the 1.5 over the 2.0! I read every one. Repetitive redundancies abundantly abounding make me happy and content I guess.

Be careful of confirmation bias. Stick with the facts and statistics. Statistics can identify trends but aren't facts.
One can"t judge overall quality from posts on forums.
However, they provide good information on potential problem areas or service needs so one gets maximum safety, reliability and ownership satisfacton from their cars.
