Has anyone attempted to replace the gear shift knob with a stick shift like our bigger brother's Bronco?

Coming from 40 years of driving manual transmissions, I agree with you 100%.I do not like the shifter knob & like the paddle shifter even less.
I take it you dont care for the paddle shifters you already have. I dont mind them, I have another vehicle that also has them so they are fairly intuitive for me, makes it fun to hoon around.Has anyone attempted to replace the gear shift knob with a paddle shifter like our bigger brother's Bronco?
My 21 First Edition has paddle shifters on the steering wheel? I think all badlands has them ?Just to clarify I'm talking about this stick shifter instead of a paddle shifter. Sorry for the confusion.![]()
Of course, it should be an automatic trannie shifter.
There are no paddle shifters on the big bronco’sYou're really talking about this style of shifter, this happens to be for the 10 speed tranny.
The +/- will let you shift in manual mode.

I would go for that .So you mean a floor shift?
I'm waiting to see if the aftermarket comes up with something. When I owned a 2022 Challenger, Hurst came out with a pistol grip type shifter like the 70's.Just to clarify I'm talking about this stick shifter instead of a paddle shifter. Sorry for the confusion.![]()
