First thing I did was ditch the front plate bracket that the dealer or factory unfortunately installed...so far so good. Just need to find some black plugs for the three holes it left, had to drill out the rivets... but either way, much better now

You do know it’s a requirement to have a front plate in CA? There’s a $196.00 fine for the first offense.

While the front of the BS certainly looks better without the front plate, unfortunately it's California law to have both front and rear plates. I'm sure the law is rarely enforced as I see a lot of vehicles without front plates but I have been ticketed for it more than once. You just take your chances and roll with it.

I have never run a front plate except for BMW M and now love my titanium US flag. Looks cool, saves the bracket just in case and no holes to fill
