I captured the ESP info on my phone so can easily refer to the same info that was in the prior FordPass App versionNot being able to see my ESP is my only complaint so far.
It still should be in the Ford database by VIN#. I can't find my PremiumCare warranty at all on my Ford.com account. Not being able to see my ESP is my only complaint so far.
Has anyone found their VIN? I see it only because I have an outstanding recall, otherwise I can’t find it anywhere else. It used to be easily visible.https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/newly-designed-fordpass-5-0-app®-what-to-know.24584/
This is on my I phone now. Definitely changed, for the better I don't know.
With the old version I could open the app and see the speedo mileage on the sport. Now when I open it all I see is the fuel range left.
I guess it doesn't show the current speedo mileage or I can't figure out how to access the info.
It does show the open recall 24S24 PCM/BCM recalibration.
Can't find it either, except the recall.Has anyone found their VIN? I see it only because I have an outstanding recall, otherwise I can’t find it anywhere else. It used to be easily visible.
Thanks for responding. I’m so not impressed with this update. Can't find it either, except the recall.
Thank you. Didn't know how to access that information. It's the same on Android .Using an iPhone:
Click on Service (bottom right)
Click on Vehicle Health (at the top)
Alerts
Status (tire pressure …)
Oil Life Remaining
Odometer (mileage)
Just remember … it says “ Quicker access to key features “ !! haha
Looks to me that most features are still present - just need to click around to familiarize oneself, however currently these features are MIA:
extended warranty info
owners manual
ability to enter your own service info
Me2Rocks, the updated version was on my I phone without any input from me.
Download it as a pdf on your phone or tablet. Save you a trip to the garage. Were you able to find the Owner’s Manual? I can’t find it and referred to it often in the past. Easier than going to my vehicle in the underground garage for the hard copy.
Thanks Dude. You and Mark are the go to guys for helping us seniors out.VIN shows up in a few places
at top of main screen, right side, click the icon that shows as multiple stacked vehicles. Click Vehicle Details. The VIN on this screen is easily copied.
If there is a recall, VIN is located with the recall but is not easily copied
