The Google map is accurate. It pinpoints my home. It’s underneath that it indicates an address I’ve never been to in a different town about 20 kms away. I haven’t driven since updating the app yesterday. I’ll see if it corrects the location tomorrow.

Yes, it’s always accurate. I’ll report back after I drive tomorrow. Hopefully it corrects itself. If not, I’m retired from Ford Canada Marketing and am fortunate to still have friends I can call on for advice. They’ve helped out with FordPass glitches in the past. The last one was when my FordPass app decided it was Lincoln instead of Ford when it sent me a low battery warning message.

Change for the sake of change doesn't make it better. Looks like EV owners get a lot of the benefits, new features. For gas owners, common items moved around making them require more screen pokes.

Sorry, it looks like my app had not updated. I tried again today and it updated when I opened it.

Can you check your “Location” under “Vehicle Parked” and tell me if yours is accurate? Mine shows the correct location on a map but at the bottom of the screen it indicates an address about 20 kms away and in a different city.

Yesterday mine never updated from when it was parked at an airport 60 miles away the entire way home, and then it took several hours to update to the correct location. Both on the map and indicated address.

Thank-you for the info. Much appreciated. In my case, I’ve never been to the location indicated which is about 20 kms away but I will drive tomorrow and you‘ve given me hope it will correct itself.
