I would think would only be in effect for vehicles in stock. It seems like anything currently in transit and factory orders would be subject to tariff. Employee pricing would not offset the tariff.

This would be a good opportunity to step up to the big boy bronco if they offer 0% financing that would be awesome

I bought a 2025 BSBL Sasquatch last week at employee pricing and a $1250 rebate. The ad for rebate is $750 but I bought a Ford last year, so I got an up in the rebate. I checked the on line order sheets and my price has as good as the dealers buy back. Financing from Ford is at least 6%. No zero%. I got financings through a local credit units. Banks are running above 6% based on your credit score.

So theres Employee pricing for everyone but, at least on Bronco Sports, they raised the rates. Got a quote from my dealer on 04/01 using X-Plan, $3k in Ford rebates, plus $1k direct lease offer from Ford. When that ended on 04/03 and the 'Employee Pricing for everyone' started my quote jumped up by $70 a month for the same vehicle (a leftover 2024 not affected by tariffs) despite the new rebates and incentive amounts being close to the same as previously quoted. So yeah, I think thats the catch with this whole thing. It's not just my dealer as well, I've talked to a few others and their numbers are roughly the same so it's Ford as a whole.

Total BS (not Bronco Sport) at Parks Ford in Gainesville Florida. They offer it, but then mark up their vehicles ($3998.00 on the Bronco) for what they call "Parks Perks", which includes tinted windows, rubber floor mats, and a full tank of gas whenever you bring it in for their service. They won't order you one without adding that so called perk either.

Steer clear of them.
