Ford Pass Points

I took delivery on a new Badlands in the beginning of August. I have the Ford Pass app activated, but I do not have any Ford Pass points. How do you get Ford Pass points, and where do they show up?

I am confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So far I've spend them on a new tire, Bronco Sport sun shade, and a 10,000 service and oil change. I plan to use them again in a few weeks for our Bronc's 20,000 mile service and oil change.

I got my points just a few days after I got the car. I did mention to the service people that I never got any points after service. On my next service I got points... I used some of mine to pay the $100 deductible on an extended warranty job on one of the vehicles.

I got my points… twice (traded up) and used them for part of my lift kit and tires installation. Basically a 420$ discount. I guess the HRG was basically free .

I had an issue with points for service not being recorded. Call this number and they will be able to assist right away or open a case for it to get resolved. I had six services going back to beginning of 2021 that did not add points, called and soon after I got all my points.

You should get them pretty quick.

I wouldn’t squander them on ticky tack service crap.. use them for tires or upgrades

I wonder if they will give me my points from our Explorer ST that we bought in November of 2019 and never received our points for.

Bbought my BS in February and still haven't gotten my points. Dealership has been no help. After calling above number looks like I should have my points within a week. Thank you
