I think the recalls are very good. I want Ford to fix defects when found, as opposed to denying that there is a problem.
True..but the amount of defects are very avoidable but they want to save 1 cent on a part and end up spending 20$ to replace it for a recall. Ontop of that you have to waste your time going through the awful dealership network to get anything done with lackluster work by people who don't really care about your car as much as they should. I can see 1 maybe 2 but theirs so many recalls just in general (even recalls for other recalls) that it really makes it hard for me to want to buy another new domestic vehicle. We have the emissions epa plus the car makers mindset "make'm as cheap as we possibly can so they buy another one at 100k miles" it's frustrating say the least.

Rant over lol

So You know for a fact Ford is trying to save 1 cent on a part when a recall is issued show the link for proof?

I'm saying they are too cheap sometimes and it bites them back when they have to do recalls which requires warranty work that they themselves have to pay for. This makes the cost even higher than if they had just did it right the first time.

it's recall time once again

Ford Bronco Sport Ford issues more recalls in 2025 than any other US automaker in history 1752666489100-1r

"This recall expands and replaces previous recall numbers 22V-859,
24V187, and 25V165. Vehicles previously remedied under 22V-859, 24V187, and 25V165 will
need to have the new final remedy performed once it is available"

there should be a song for this
recall of a recall of a recall

Ford leading in recalls is a bad look, period. Add in the quality control issues.

Henry Ford insisted on controlling everything from raw materials to finished products.

Now US automakers are forced to outsource everything (in some cases design) and place extreme pressure on suppliers to cut costs.

"Good, fast, cheap" You can only pick two.

Planned obsolescence is a policy of producing consumer goods that rapidly become obsolete and so require replacing, achieved by frequent changes in design, termination of the supply of spare parts, and the use of nondurable materials.

If this were planned obsolescence that would mean the entire car becomes unusable because a newer model is introduced and prior models are no longer supported.

It’s not having poorly made or designed individual parts that require repair.
