I forgot where I read this but it was when I was researching white cars. I was originally looking into Hondas and a few years ago they were having issues with white paint peeling off.
So what they said was to hold off as long as you can to let the paint fully cure so this isn't an issue.
Has anyone else heard about this? Could this be an issue with the BS? Mine is in Oxford White. It's not too dirty, a little mud and some water streaks.
It also has a diamond ceramic coating from the dealership (yeah, I missed that when buying it, long story and maybe for another thread). I'm guessing I can just rinse it off for now, if it's what I think it is.
