Are there instructions on how to disable the start stop with Forscan? I tried the start stop eliminator, but Ford changed the bolt that holds a bracket in so its almost impossible to get the thing where it needs to go. I sent it back. I have used Forscan with my previous Mustang, but have yet to plug it in to the BS.

PSCM:
Start Stop - Disabled
IPC:
Auto Stop Start - Disabled (removes the start/stop icon from the instrument cluster)

Yeah when I'm working out in the backyard around my storage units and moving a bunch of trailers around that time gets very annoying. And yes you are 100% right the procedure in the manual does not work for the 2025 for some strange reason. And I tried it probably at least 10 or 12 times thinking I was doing something wrong LOL
I agree that it is stupid that the owner’s manual has the outdated process documented to disable the seat belt chime. After much searching, I found the correct process and I verified that it works!

For 2025 Bronco Sport:
*Don't engage parking brake
*Press ignition without depressing brake
*Wait for seat belt reminder red X on center screen them buckle seat belt
*Once green, unbuckle
*Repeat process 3 more times (4 total buckling cycles)
*Red seat belt light will blink 3 times which indicates it worked

I tried that and struggled with the process. I probably should go try again 🤣

So I just tried that a couple times this morning and it didnt work in my 2025 BSBL.
I went shopping right after and when I got back to my car I started it as normal and while letting things warm up I connected and released my seatbelt 4 times watching the little icon in the corner and it flashed 3 times.
I drove off and no chimes, I went to another location and started as normal and drove off no chimes. I guess we will see if it does the same tomorrow.

Does this disable the alert for all seatbelts? Or do I need to so something to disable the alerts for the front passenger and back seats?

I can confirm what NHD96 posted for disabling the auto start stop with Forscan. I was successful doing it and it’s easy. The light above the button doesn’t show it’s off, but the icon on the dash does show it’s off. If anyone needs more of a visual with steps I found this video for the big bronco, but it is the same for the sports. Just jump to the 6:54 mark for the auto start stop. and for getting rid of the icon on the dash just do what NHD96 said,
IPC:
Auto Stop Start - Disabled

You can also use the spreadsheet for the Ford Maverick: Forscan 2022-2024 Ford Maverick

I used the following functions on my BS BB and everything works:
- Auto Start/Stop Disable
- Door Ajar Chimes Disable
- Triple Ding at Start Up Disable
- Headlight Switch/Dial Default to "Last Known Position" instead of "Auto"
- Change Audio, Phone and Nav screens (4 inch cluster only)

I also enabled Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), but used some different settings (for European region).

Well, I just tried this again… and I got the red seatbelt logo to blink. Idk, I didn’t do anything different than the last time… we will see next time I back it down my driveway what happens. Lol

Still didn't work for me on my 2025 BSBB ... don't get the blink.

Here’s what I did, step by step:

1) Get in, push start button without foot on brake.
2) Press “Ok” until the seat belt message popped up.
3) Buckle seatbelt, green âś… shows up
4) Unbuckle seatbelt, red ❌ shows up
5) Repeat buckling and unbuckling three more times
6) Seatbelt logo blinked three times

It only works for the seat you are doing the procedure on. You have to do it for each seat you want the chime disabled.
